Sagging Skin, Weak Core? It’s All Connected.
Understanding the Link Between Pelvic Floor Health, Muscle Strength & Skin Vitality
About the Workshop
What if the way your skin ages isn’t just about what you apply to your face — but also about what’s happening deep in your core?
In this 90-minute workshop, Méline will guide you through an open, educational (and totally taboo-free) conversation about one of the most overlooked areas in women’s health: the perineum.
We’ll explore how this essential group of muscles impacts posture, energy, hormonal health, and even the appearance and aging of your skin.
You’ll enjoy a warm, relaxed setting with light breakfast snacks, warm drinks, and the opportunity to test some of Alchimie’s favorite high-end, niche skincare products.
Whether you're navigating postpartum recovery, noticing changes in your skin or energy, or just curious, this is a valuable and joyful space to reconnect with your body and long-term beauty.
What You’ll Learn
– What the perineum is, and why it matters more than you think
– How pelvic muscle tone is linked to skin aging, hormonal shifts, and posture
– How to prevent or manage concerns like dryness, leakage, and tension
– Pelvic care tools tailored to postpartum, perimenopause, and active lifestyles
– Why muscle strength is your secret weapon for glowing skin
Fun, empowering, and inclusive, bring a friend and join us for this feel-good, body-positive experience.

She offers in-clinic visits, including support during high-risk pregnancies and early postpartum recovery. Méline’s approach is grounded in clinical expertise, empathy, and a deep respect for each woman’s personal journey.
