Cranio Sacral Therapy

This therapy aims to relax the craniosacral system which includes all the bones of the skull and face and extends to the sacrum by using gentle techniques. This approach considers the different elements of the head, namely bones, sutures, and mobility between these bones and the membranes (fascia). The objectives of this approach are to obtain the freedom of movement of the skull and tissue relaxation.
The therapist applies light pressure with the hands and thus accompanies the body in its natural role of self-regulation, and opens the door to self-healing. 

The treatment includes: A sharing moment about needs and expectations. Specialized techniques, no oil is required, the therapist will mostly work on your head but body manipulations will also be performed.
