Méline Gomont
Physiotherapist specialized in pelvic and perineal health
About the Speaker
Méline Gomont is a physiotherapist specialized in pelvic and perineal health, currently completing a master’s degree in sexology. After graduating with a master’s in physiotherapy from ISEK in 2019, she quickly developed a strong interest in perineology, particularly through her research on endometriosis.
After working in general physiotherapy, she now specializes in women’s health. Her practice supports women through perinatal care, pelvic pain, and movement rehabilitation. She offers in-clinic visits, including support during high-risk pregnancies and early postpartum recovery. Méline’s approach is grounded in clinical expertise, empathy, and a deep respect for each woman’s personal journey.
Her areas of expertise include urinary leakage, vaginal dryness, painful conditions such as endometriosis, vaginismus, and vulvodynia, as well as pelvic health support for physically active women, especially runners. Her work bridges physical recovery, preventive care, and emotional well-being.
About the Workshop
The female perineum, health, comfort, and prevention
What exactly is the perineum, and why does it matter so much to our overall health and comfort?
In this 90-minute workshop, Méline will guide you through an open and educational conversation about the perineum, its function, and how to care for it throughout various stages of life. With clarity and zero taboos, she will explain what a healthy perineum feels like and how to prevent or manage issues such as urinary leakage, vaginal dryness, or pelvic discomfort.
You will also have the chance to ask questions, learn practical tips, and explore this essential part of your body in a supportive and respectful setting. Whether you are navigating postpartum recovery, dealing with pain, staying active, or simply curious, this is a valuable space to reconnect with your body and your wellbeing.
