- Redemption: To redeem, book your appointment and include the voucher code in the comments. This voucher cannot be entered as a promo code on the website.
- Non-Refundable: This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Single Use: This voucher is for single use by one person only and cannot be transferred.
- Exclusions: Valid only for spa, beauty, and hair spa treatments. Hairdresser services are not covered.
- Offers: This voucher cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
- Lost or Stolen: Alchimie Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.
- Modifications: Treatment changes may be made by paying the price difference. The voucher value cannot be modified once issued and no reimbursements are offered.
