Alchimie began with my own skin. For years I struggled with it, tried everything, and too often left treatments feeling unheard. So in 2015 I opened the place I had been looking for: one of the very first in Brussels where care starts with the person, not with a brand protocol.
We built our own method, rooted in ingredient science, nervous-system care and honest education. We treat people, not skin types. Today many others work this way, and that makes us happy: it is exactly what we hoped for.
Alchimie Academy is where we pass on what ten years in the cabin have taught us. You won’t learn to sell a brand. You’ll learn to think, to observe and to choose.

Every protocol starts with listening. We test before we prescribe, we calm the skin before we push it, and we explain every step, so care continues long after the client leaves the spa.
Three paths
Masterclasses can be booked directly. Mentorship and Immersion start with an application form, and we reply to every application within 5 working days.
Mentorship: if your application fits, we meet in person at the spa, or online if needed, to define your professional goals. You then receive a plan built around your project.
Immersion: after your application, we invite you to an interview, much like a job interview. You will be part of our team for a week, so it matters that we share the same values and that you click with the team.

Beginners and advanced practitioners are both welcome: we adapt the depth to the group. Led by Anda and the Alchimie team, and by invited figures from the wellness world.

Not a training programme: coaching built around you.
We start with a conversation about your goals, then find your niche and your strengths together. Depending on your project, the mentorship can cover in-depth skin knowledge, ingredients and practical testing; protocols and rituals, including the Japanese head spa; and setting up your business, from cabin products and branding down to your uniforms, software and day-to-day logistics.

Anda holds a master’s in biotechnology and a diploma in cosmetology, and is certified in endobiogeny. Over ten years she has built the Alchimie method, whose rituals are trademarked in the Benelux, and developed Alchimie’s own skincare range. Her facial work layers techniques she has studied, from Natural Facelift, trained in London, to Japanese and European massage traditions, into a method of her own. She has trained the therapists who came through Alchimie: some now run their own practices, others work in well-known houses.
