About the Speakers
Daphne van Houten is a coach, educator, and entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. As an EREPS Level 4 certified coach, she specializes in strength training for women, helping them protect muscle, metabolism, and bone health with structure, consistency, and progress that lasts. She is the co-founder of Drivemode, an indoor cycling platform redefining rhythm cycling as a serious sport, and has mentored fitness professionals across Europe. Her approach blends performance with purpose to help women thrive through every stage of life.
Anda Burcea is a skincare expert, therapist, and founder of Alchimie Spa. With advanced training in skincare science and a hands-on, client-focused approach, she helps women restore their skin barrier, reduce inflammation, and create daily routines that promote long-term resilience and radiance. Her work connects external care with inner wellbeing, showing how consistent, science-based rituals can amplify the body’s own regenerative power.
Together, Daphne and Anda offer a holistic perspective on aging, combining strength, skincare, and practical science to help women feel confident, strong, and radiant in every decade.
About the Workshop
This workshop is designed specifically for women in their 30s and beyond, a decade when energy levels start to shift, muscle mass begins to decline, and skin requires more targeted support.
We’ll explore how strength training protects your bones and metabolism, boosts energy, and supports skin vitality from within. At the same time, we’ll examine how skincare science can enhance your glow from the outside in, utilizing simple yet effective ingredients such as antioxidants, SPF, and retinoids.
You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what’s really happening in your body and skin during this life phase, and how to build habits that support your health, beauty, and confidence over time.
